We collect what we need to seat you and feed you, use it for exactly that, and never sell it. The details, in plain language.
This is a portfolio demonstration website. The business information shown is fictional, and this privacy policy exists to demonstrate how a real client site would be documented.
1. What we collect
When you make a reservation or send a message, we collect what the form asks for: your name, email address, phone number, the date and party size, and anything you tell us about allergies or occasions.
When you join the table letter, we collect only your email address.
2. How we use it
We use your details to:
- confirm and manage your reservation,
- plan around allergies and dietary needs you've told us about,
- send the monthly letter if you asked for it, and
- answer your questions.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
3. How long we keep it
Reservation details are kept for up to 18 months, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers stay until they unsubscribe. Ask us to delete anything, any time — we'll do it.
4. Where it lives
Form submissions are emailed to the address configured for this site and logged securely for delivery troubleshooting. Payment data, where relevant, is handled by our payment providers under their own terms — we never see card numbers.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or leave the letter with a single email to hello@olea-demo.com. We'll act within 30 days.
6. Cookies
This site does not set marketing cookies. A small technical cookie may be set only if a feature needs to remember something between pages.
