Booking & enquiry forms — name, email, phone number, country, travel dates, traveller numbers and any message you send us.
Newsletter signups — your email address.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and working.

To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations.
To confirm bookings and deliver trip documentation.
To send our monthly newsletter, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To meet legal and safety requirements for travel services.

We never store payment card details on this website.
We never send unsolicited marketing beyond the newsletter you asked for.
