Before you visit

Arrive 15 minutes early and check in at the front desk. We'll show you to the changing rooms, where robes, slippers, and lockers are waiting. Your therapist will meet you at your treatment room, do a short consultation, and the session begins when you're ready — not when the clock says so. Afterwards, rest in the quiet lounge with tea for as long as you like.

Fifteen minutes is ideal, twenty is generous. We hold your room for you, so a few extra minutes of unhurried settling genuinely improves the session. If you arrive very late, we'll do our best to fit the full ritual in — but sometimes we have to shorten it to protect the next guest's start time.

Whatever you like. Robes and slippers are provided, and for massages we recommend undressing to your comfort level — you'll be fully draped at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered. The head-and-shoulders treatment is done fully clothed on a recliner.

Yes — in any amount, digital or printed, valid for two years. They're the gift our regulars actually ask for. Email hello@serein-demo.com or ask at the front desk and we'll have one ready in minutes.

Life happens. We ask for 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a booking without charge. Inside 24 hours, we charge half the treatment price — it's how we protect our therapists' time and keep our waitlist moving. Emergencies always get grace.

Many are, with adaptations. Prenatal massage, gentle facials, and the soaking tub are all fine in most trimesters. Hot saunas, cold plunges, and deep-pressure work are not, and we'll always advise honestly. Tell us at booking and we'll guide you.

Quiet is the product. The treatment rooms sit behind a double-door corridor, phones stay in lockers, and we keep the lighting low throughout. The lounge is a no-talking zone after 6pm — the whole point is that you can finally hear yourself.
