Tuscany: Table & Vine

Italy · 6 days · April – October · Max 12 guests

Overview

The trip, in one breath.

This is a journey for people who plan holidays around meals. Six days based in a restored farmhouse outside Florence: mornings in local markets, afternoons in vineyards and ateliers, and every dinner a slow, loud, wonderful affair. You'll leave with recipes, wine direct from the estate, and a new definition of lunch.

Highlights

  • Private pasta-making class with a nonna in Chianti
  • Two estate winery visits with barrel-room tastings
  • Market mornings in Florence & San Gimignano
  • Truffle-hunting with a seasoned local dog team
  • Farmhouse accommodation with a pool above the vines
